What is the shipping timeframe for large equipment?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Due to the size and weight of trampolines and safety enclosures, transit times via LTL or ground freight usually range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Are SkyBound® USA products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we offer industry-leading warranties. Our premium trampoline frames are covered for up to 10 years, while jumping mats and safety nets typically carry a 1 to 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and UV degradation.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in new, unassembled condition and in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing error.
